A message dated June 18, 1993, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 113(FIN)                                                
"An Act regulating the solicitation of contributions by charitable            
organizations and paid solicitors and the solicitation of sales by             
telephonic means; and amending Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure
